We recently played host to such an event. Releve Unlimited helped create the decor and with fun activities during cocktail hour such as a Cornhole on the lawn, 
a Cigar Bar from Mursuli Cigars, a Scent Bar from the Grapeseed Company, Beer Tasting from Figueroa Mountain Brewery and dining under the stars lake-side, it’s no wonder this corporate event was so popular with its attendees. The guests were afforded a real “experience” and not just a “dine and dash” event.
As always, Chef Pascal provided cuisine to stun. Who says BBQ’s have to be predictable? Chef Pascal takes BBQ to new elegant heights. Here are just a few highlights from that evening’s menu:
