Lindsey and her family have always been a special part of the Alisal Guest Ranch family.  You see, she has been coming to the ranch with her family since she was 8 years old.  Lindsey and Jonathan’s love story started with a proposal and with him being deployed the very next day.  But as is in true form to true love, nothing stopped these two from saying “I do” and starting a new life together in the very setting that was “home” to Lindsey since childhood.

Lindsey chose to allow nature as her wedding backdrop and just addimage a few pops of color.  The most important thing to her was family, and this intimate celebration was all heart and soul.

Held at our Historic Old Adobe, guests arrived via hay truck and arrived to the front porch, where wedding planner Kerry Lee Dickey of Santa Barbara Wine Country Weddings & Events converted it into a natural outdoor “chapel” with the “altar” on the front steps and guests seated below looking on.  After the ceremony,  guests enjoyed a scrumptious meal by Chef Pascal and his team, including:

Fresh, Homemade Guacamole and Crispy Tortilla Chips with Alisal Salsa Cruda; California Mixed Greens with Balsamic Vinaigrette and Ranch Dressing; Grilled Butterfly Chicken rubbed with Chef’s Special Spices, Hickory-smoked, spice-crusted Black Angus Brisket; Homemade Macaroni and Cheese; Fresh Homemade Rolls and Butter; Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler and Vanilla Ice Cream with a Small Bride/Groom Wedding Cake, featuring Vanilla with Bavarian Berry Filling.

The Event Supply Partner Cast for this wedding included: Venue and imageCatering by Alisal Guest Ranch and Resort | Florals by Renae’s Bouquet | Linens & Chair Rentals:  Classic Party Rentals | Wedding Coordination by Kerry Lee Dickey, Santa Barbara Wine Country Weddings & Events
