Certified Yoga Instructor and Founder of Vineyard Yoga Santa Ynez Valley Cori Lassahn will be teaching one of her legendary classes Creekside at Alisal Guest Ranch and Resort on Sunday, January 17th. We are especially fortunate because Cori is also one of our Alisal team members, teaching Yoga here at the ranch for our guests as part of our fitness recreational options. She founded one of the hottest things going on in our wine country with Vineyard Yoga Santa Ynez Valley and teaches it at the local wineries, with wonderful wine and food samplings following class. She has quite a following, including several local celebrities and has earned media attention for this concept.
