We are christening our latest wedding & special event venue: Alisal River Terrace (Alisal River Grill) with a private, VIP showcase to media and event professionals. A custom-designed signature cocktail will greet guests as well as Chef Pascal’s culinary genius providing some time-honored favorites, including some fresh twists and presentations, such as:
Shrimp Cocktail “Bloody Mary Style” with Avocado | Ahi Tuna Poke served in a Savory Cone with Wasabi & Pickled Ginger | Grilled New Zealand Lolli Pop Lamb Chops with Cilantro Gremolata and much, much more!
Alisal River Terrace will be styled as it never has before, including elegant lounge beds for sitting under the stars, and many other surprises. Guests can see the amazing potential of this wine country special event location, which provides all the legendary culinary and service staff expertise of the main ranch, but at incredible value, not requiring guests to buy out the ranch to host an event here. This private event is closed to the public and is by -invitation-only for media and event professionals.
